All products listed on floson.in are checked, screened, and assured by the respective vendors to meet the stated standards of quality, design, composition, style, or model. Emphatic Technologies (ET) is neither responsible nor liable for any discrepancies related to the products supplied by vendors.

All information, products, and services displayed on the floson.in website constitute an “invitation to offer.” When you place an order, it constitutes your “offer” to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by floson.in. ET reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

By accessing or using the floson.in website owned by Emphatic Technologies, you (the User) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. ET reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review these terms regularly.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous agreements, representations, or understandings. By using floson.in, you agree that these Terms shall prevail over any conflicting terms in any order or communication.

Role of Emphatic Technologies

ET acts solely as a facilitator, enabling transactions between Users and vendors through the floson.in platform. ET, including its directors, officers, employees, and representatives, shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses, expenses, product quality issues, damages, or taxes incurred as a result of such transactions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services provided by floson.in are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, at the User’s sole risk. ET makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the services, information, or products provided through the website. All warranties, if any, exist solely between the User and the vendor.

ET does not guarantee confidentiality of user information, though reasonable efforts are made to protect such information.

Limitation of Liability

ET shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from delays, non-deliveries, service interruptions, or vendor-related issues. This includes damages caused by negligence, errors, omissions, system failures, viruses, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.

Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Vendor merchant partners assume full responsibility for orders shipped to major cities using private courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, etc.). Users are advised to ensure that delivery locations—especially rural or interior areas—are adequately serviced. Orders placed for non-serviceable areas are done at the User’s own risk.

Pricing & Availability

Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of ET.

Cancellations & Refunds

ET reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. In such cases, payments received will be refunded.

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 48 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number. ET reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. In such cases, payments received will be refunded.

Orders that are to be delivered the same day are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified/cancelled. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91 9727517115. If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.

In other cases of order modification/cancellation, you shall give at least 24 (twenty four) hours' advance notice. However, if the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order. In case of limitations of quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information or any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified via email/sms/call regarding order cancellation and refund.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and authentic information.
• ET reserves the right to verify user details and reject or deactivate accounts if information is found to be false.
• Users are responsible for additional delivery charges caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
• Users must use only their own credit/debit cards for transactions.

Fraud & Force Majeure

ET shall not be liable for credit card fraud. Responsibility lies solely with the User. ET shall also not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, or governmental actions.

Additional Conditions

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Services must be used for lawful purposes only.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

By placing an order on floson.in, you agree to pay the applicable product price, delivery charges (if any), and all applicable taxes at the time of order placement.

You are solely responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, fees, and governmental charges related to your purchase, excluding taxes based on floson.in’s income.

All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions. ET reserves the right to charge late payment fees equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law. You agree to bear all collection costs, including legal and court fees, incurred due to unpaid dues.
