CANCELLATION POLICY (By User)
Cancellation of Perishable Products
Orders containing perishable items (such as flowers, cakes, or similar products) cannot be cancelled once processed. If cancellation is requested, the cost of the perishable products will be borne by the customer.
General Cancellation Conditions
- If a cancellation request is received after the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Floson.in reserves the sole right to accept or reject cancellation requests.
- The customer agrees to accept Floson.in’s decision regarding cancellations and shall not dispute it.
Cancellation by Floson.in
Floson.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Any other operational or technical reason
This applies even if the order has
been confirmed or payment has been received.
In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued and the customer will be
informed accordingly.
Failed or Delayed Delivery Due to Customer Error
If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer (such as wrong address, incorrect recipient name, or recipient unavailability), any additional re-delivery cost incurred will be charged to the customer.
REPLACEMENT / RETURN POLICY (By Floson.in)
Replacement Conditions
Courier Products
- For courier-shipped items, our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
- If delivery fails on all three attempts due to reasons such as recipient unavailability or locked premises, the order will still be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
Perishable & Custom-Made Products
- Perishable items and custom-made non-perishable products are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Any discounts or exempted amounts applied to such orders cannot be claimed as a refund.
REFUND POLICY (By Floson.in)
Product Unavailability or Service Issues
- If a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative. The final choice will rest with the customer.
- A 100% refund will be issued if:
- The product is unavailable, or
- The vendor is unable to ship the product.
- For courier orders, a 100% refund will be issued if the delivery address falls outside the serviceable area.
Customer-Requested Refunds
- A 100% refund will be provided if the customer does not wish to accept an available and suitable replacement.
