DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Floson.in, we handle every order with the utmost care to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition and reaches the recipient just the same.

We always try to deliver the order directly into the hands of the recipient. However, in locations such as offices, hospitals, or public places where direct access may not be possible, the order may be handed over to a person authorized by the recipient.

If delivery is scheduled at a residential address and the recipient is unavailable or the premises are locked, the order may be delivered to a neighbor, provided they are willing to accept it on the recipient’s behalf.

Please note that we do not accept orders for delivery at airports or railway stations.

 

Recipient Contact & Address Accuracy

To preserve the element of surprise, we generally do not call the recipient prior to delivery. However, if we are unable to locate the address or face any delivery-related issues, contacting the recipient may become necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including address and contact information. Floson.in will not be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

We understand the emotions attached to every order and make every effort to ensure your presence is felt through our timely and thoughtful delivery.

 

REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME

Due to logistical constraints, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. However, if you wish to request delivery during a particular part of the day, you may mention it in the “Special Instructions” section while placing the order. We will make every effort to honor such requests, though they cannot be guaranteed.

• Standard delivery hours on weekdays are generally 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, unless otherwise specified.
• Delivery schedules may vary across cities and service providers.
• Requests for AM or PM delivery windows may be accepted but are not guaranteed.

Our local florists use their regional expertise to ensure deliveries are completed as efficiently as possible. If the recipient leaves home early, we recommend choosing the office address for delivery.

 

CAKE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Cake deliveries cannot be made early in the morning, as cakes are prepared fresh on the day of delivery to ensure quality and freshness. We do not store cakes overnight, as this may affect taste and quality.

 

PEAK DAYS & DELIVERY DELAYS

During peak occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand events, delivery volumes are significantly higher. While florists operate for extended hours, delivery times may be delayed due to heavy order load.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, regardless of any delivery request, selected time slot, fixed-time delivery, or midnight delivery option.
