SHIPPING TERMS

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product description and details mentioned on the product page.

We make every effort to deliver orders on or before the delivery date selected by the customer, subject to the lead time specified on the product page. The minimum lead time required to ship a product is clearly mentioned on each individual product page.

Please note that courier deliveries are not attempted on Sundays, public holidays, or on days when the concerned logistics partner is not operational.

Order processing may include verification with the customer. In some cases, if the customer is unavailable by phone, our support team may reach out via email. Any delay caused during this verification process will not be counted toward the shipping lead time. The lead time begins only once the order has been successfully processed.
